MPSBC has designated 105 targets, all of which are yeast membrane proteins. These targets include the 21 proteins from baker’s yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, listed in Table 1. The other 84 targets are orthologs (found in 11 other yeast species) for 12 of the S. cerevisiae target proteins. Table 2 shows the current statuses for the orthologs that have been selected.
